The following price list for HR and payroll services includes approximate prices for our most popular services. It has been created based on the average price and is subject to negotiation
HR and Payroll Employee Services:
Employment contract – payroll management: 40 PLN per person
Employment contract – HR and payroll management: 50 PLN per person
Contract for specific work (umowa zlecenie) – payroll management: 20 PLN per person
Non-contributory contract (umowa bez składkowa) (e.g., contracts for specific task, apprentices, students) – from 15 PLN per person
Employment contract with a schedule or for foreigners: 30 PLN – 70 PLN per person
Preparation of employee documents:
Preparation of attachment to employment contract: 40 PLN / piece
Preparation of employment contract termination: 30 PLN / piece
Preparation of contract for mandate/task: 20 PLN / piece
Preparation of employment certificate: 20 PLN / piece
Preparation of employment contract: 20 PLN / piece
Preparation of work regulations: 150 PLN. Amount determined individually
Preparation of declarations:
Preparation of PIT-4R, PIT-8AR, ZUS IWA declarations: starting from 100 PLN
Preparation of PIT-11, PIT-40 declarations: 35 PLN – 50 PLN per person
Preparation of RP-7 declarations: starting from 100 PLN
Certificates and Notifications in HR and Payroll:
Certificate of no arrears with ZUS contributions: 35 PLN / piece
Certificate of employment and remuneration: 25 PLN / person
Notification to the State Labour Inspectorate: 20 PLN – 60 PLN
